The Blue Lion with a Kind Heart and a Love for Flowers

Often I have been finding myself constantly drawn to creating original animal characters with unique personalities. One such character is this blue lion that is wearing a ceremonial outfit. He appears unfriendly and intimidating at first glance, but upon closer inspection, one can see the kindness in his eyes and the love, and the hint that he has a soft spot for flowers and the color purple. This got me thinking about how we often judge others based solely on their appearance, without taking the time to get to know their true personalities.

Unfortunately there is a lot of emphasis placed on physical appearance. We are bombarded with images of perfect-looking people everywhere we look – on social media, in magazines, on television. It’s easy to fall into the trap of judging people based on their looks, and we often do it unconsciously. But the truth is, appearance can be deceiving. Just like the blue lion, people can look one way on the outside, but have entirely different personalities on the inside.

It’s important to remember that people are complex, and there is so much more to them than what meets the eye. We all have our own unique personalities, shaped by our experiences, beliefs, and values. Just because someone looks a certain way, doesn’t mean they are a certain way. We need to take the time to get to know people on a deeper level, to understand who they truly are.

This is especially important in today’s world, where so much of our communication is done online. Social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok are filled with influencers and celebrities who project a certain image to the world. But this image is often curated and filtered to make them appear perfect. It’s easy to fall into the trap of judging ourselves and others based on these images, without realizing that they don’t represent the full picture.

As an artist, I try to create characters that challenge these perceptions. The blue lion is just one example of how appearance can be deceiving. By showing the kindness and compassion in his character, I hope to inspire others to look beyond the surface level, to see the beauty in people’s personalities.

In conclusion, this blue lion has taught me an important lesson about judging others by appearance. People are complex, and we need to take the time to get to know them on a deeper level to truly understand their personalities. In a world that places so much emphasis on physical appearance, it’s easy to fall into the trap of judging others based solely on their looks. But by looking beyond the surface, we can discover the true beauty in people’s characters.
