The Art of Garnet: Exploring the Vibrant World of Steven Universe

Hey there, art lovers! Today, I’m excited to share with you my latest creation using Procreate. As you can see, I drew Garnet from the animated TV show ‘Steven Universe’. For those who aren’t familiar with the show, Garnet is one of the main characters and is the leader of the Crystal Gems. She’s a fusion of two other gems, Ruby and Sapphire, and has a cool, calm, and collected demeanor.

Drawing Garnet allowed me to experiment with texture and line work. I added more depth to her hair and clothing by using a variety of brushes and techniques in Procreate. Garnet’s design is inspired by the 80s and 90s, with her retro-looking shades and red, black, and gold outfit. I wanted to capture that nostalgic feel while also adding my own twist to it.

As an artist, it’s important to constantly evolve and grow. Drawing Garnet with Procreate allowed me to do just that. I was able to gain more skills and explore new ways of creating art. Procreate is a versatile tool that allows artists to experiment with different brushes, textures, and colors. It’s a game-changer for anyone looking to take their art to the next level.
